To keep that spirit alive, the date and time have been set for our second unmeeting session. This will be another chance for us to get together and network about our favorite resources. Through Elluminate, people can hold conversations, display presentations, and share their desktop. I find it extremely convenient, because compared to similar services such as WebEx, Elluminate does not require a phone to participate. Everything is handled through your Internet connection. If you would like to contribute to the meeting, please come with questions and ready to share 1 - 3 resources. Don’t bring your workshop presentations, just provide a ten-minute overview of your resource(s). The concept of an unmeeting is to start by sharing resources and then in-depth time will be spent on the resources that generate the most audience interest. The resources don’t need to be web-based, all topics and resources are open for discussion. Of course, you are welcome to come to this meeting just to absorb, you don’t need to present. This unmeeting is open to all who are interested in educational technology, so please invite your fellow teachers, neighborhood mentors, technology coaches, and technology directors.
